I gotta say we used to have a teen Freak behind our house and the stuff she did still gives me nightmares. Flicking lit cig butts at my kids while they were swimming, pushing down two baby saplings we had growing in our backyard (before we put up a fence), yelling obscenities at me and trying to flirt with my hubby. We too had to deal with bylaw and police while dealing with them. Fortunately, they choose to move to another neighbourhood and so are probably torturing some other poor family.
