I don't snore, but my mom, my brothers, my uncle and a couple of other people I know have all gone to the sleep clinic. They pretty much just hook you up to some machines and watch you sleep all night. Every single person has said the same thing. You think you won't get any sleep, but you sleep like a baby and the other thing is, they say the sleep clinic changed their life. They all have ended up with these sleeping masks. A little thing that I think helps regulate your breathing. And all of them say they didn't realize how much snoring had interrupted their sleeping. And you're right, snoring should not be part of a woman's life. Men should own that, like baldness. So, the big thing down here in florida is sleep clinics.
